Bids will be opened and read at the above time, date, and address. The bids will be tabulated and referred to the City Council. The City of Edgerton reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Additional information about the bids may be obtained from:

Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and must be manually signed. Bids received after the opening date and time will be rejected. The attached Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, and Specifications shall become part of any purchase order resulting from this Request for Quotes.
It is the intent of City of Edgerton that this Request for Quotes promote competitive bidding. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to advise City of Edgerton if any language, requirements, etc. or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Request for Quotes to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the City of Edgerton no later than three (3) days after the opening date.
Asphalt Mill and Overlay- Rock River Dr

The City of Edgerton, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals from Contractors interested in providing asphalt mill and overlay of city streets.
Interested Contractors shall provide the city with written cost proposals which also provide information regarding the firm’s experience, references, equipment to be used and proposed schedule.
The proposal shall also include a completed and fully executed Bid Form.
All proposals may either be provided in hard copy enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Asphalt Mill and Overlay” or emailed to znelson@edgerton.wi.gov by the deadline noted below:

The City of Edgerton reserves the right to contract with the Bidder that has been determined to be in the best interest of the City after full consideration of cost, schedule and overall value.
The City of Edgerton also reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and the right to adjust the schedule as may be required due to weather conditions.
