Boiler hot water heating system
The City of Edgerton is requesting sealed bid proposals by 1:00 P.M., local time, April 10, 2025, for the replacement of the existing 1,400 KBtu/h boiler hot water heating system boiler for the City Library. The project includes the following work scope:

The replacement boiler system is to provide two boiler units each rated at a minimum required output capacity of 450 KBtu/h along with required piping and controls.

The sealed bid proposals are to be sent to Cedar Corporation, Attention Dave Sauer, P.E., 2820 Walton Commons West, Suite 142, Madison, WI 53718. Additional detailed information for this project is available and can be requested by contacting Cedar Corporation at the above address.
The bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the City of Edgerton equal to 5% of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to 5% of the proposal. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of opening. The City of Edgerton reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any information therein.
Replacement of an existing aeration blower
The Edgerton Sewer Utility is requesting sealed bid proposals by 1:00 P.M., local time, April 10, 2025, for the replacement of one existing aeration blower at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The bid includes the following scope of supply:
The OWNER has chosen to replace one rotary PD blowers (Blower No. 1). The City has decided to replace the existing Gardner Denver PD blower with a hybrid rotary lobe compressor blower type package which includes supplies the required 700 SCFM at 11.0 psi pressure. Other minimum requirements are listed in the RFP.
